Welcome to TimberTrust! This Sales Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing purchases of our built-to-order timber frame trusses and related services. By placing an order with TimberTrust, you agree to the terms below.
1. Built-to-Order Products
All of our timber frame trusses are custom-made to order, ensuring they meet your specific project needs. As such:
 • Custom Orders: Once production begins, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Pricing and Payment
 • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, pricing for confirmed orders will not change once your deposit has been received.
 • Payment Terms: Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule, including deposit, and final payment before delivery.
 • Methods of Payment: We accept: credit card, & bank transfer.
3. Lead Times and Production
 • Estimated Timeframes: Production lead times are estimates and subject to material availability, project complexity, and other factors.
 • Delays: While we strive to meet deadlines, TimberTrust is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including supply chain disruptions or weather.
4. Shipping and Delivery
 • Delivery Responsibility: TimberTrust will arrange for the shipping of your order to the address specified.
 • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
 • Delivery Acceptance: Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. Any issues or damages must be reported to TimberTrust within 48 hours.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom-built nature of our products:
 • No Returns: We do not accept returns on built-to-order products.
 • Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases where TimberTrust is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Right to Discontinue Products
TimberTrust reserves the right to:
 • Discontinue the sale of any product without prior notice.
 • Refuse any order that does not align with our business capabilities or practices.
7. Warranty and Liability
 • Product Warranty: TimberTrust products are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery.
 • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural wear and tear.
 • Limitation of Liability: TimberTrust is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
8. Customer Responsibilities
 • Design Approval: Customers are responsible for approving final designs before production. TimberTrust is not liable for errors in customer-approved designs.
 • Installation: TimberTrust provides products for delivery only and is not responsible for on-site installation.
9. Governing Law
This Sales Policy is governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
